Sunday at the Garden Place

FINALLY!  It's sunny and warm here in Tahoe!  I am thrilled!  :)

Though we had a packed weekend, with a baby shower, grad party, and progressive dinner...hubs and I still managed to sneak away to the nursery...or "garden place" as I like to think of it.  Aspen Hollow is our local nursery and it is truly enchanted!  It has wonderful character and every type of plant and whimsical accessory you could think of.  I took some photos to document our trip, though I assure you, this is just a fraction of what you will see here.

Have you ever seen an oversized peony?  I know I haven't!  These were so vibrant and LARGE!  Just beautiful!

How adorable is this little metal owl for the garden?  They have tons of different creatures...birds, dragonflies, bumble bees....the list goes on!

I am in love with this idea...find an old wheelbarrow and and plants lots of fun flowers and mini trees in it!

A robin feeding her cute babies!

 Such a enchanting chair!

Love the idea of hanging small jars from the trees and planting flowers in them.

We are in love with this cherry blossom tree...I imagine it in our back yard!

An herb garden would certainly come in handy.

Totally want to steal this idea...love the wine cork board.

An ode to Wilson...such a cute fountain!

Do you have a nursery you love to visit?  It's definitely inspiring!

  21. Oversized peony perfection!! I've been collecting wine corks to make a board like that one or something fabulous. I'll probably be able to make a lot of things at the rate we drink wine. :)

    Lovely photos.
