{Guest Post} Friday Fancies with long distance loving

  Hi Friends!  I'm sure I'm busy laying by the pool, drinking a fruity cocktail by now.  So I'm having my very first guest post today!  I'm thrilled to introduce the lovely {av} from long distance lovingI absolutely adore her blog, especially her Friday's Fancies
series where everyone gets to join in the fun and share anything fun and fancy you want to wear!  Definitely stop by today to show her some love today...and perhaps share what you fancy this Friday!

Hi! My name is {av}! Most days, you can find me at {long distance loving}--but I'm honored to appear on the pages of Schue Love! With Natasha heading to Arizona this weekend, I pulled together this Friday's Fancies for her southwestern getaway.
{all images are screenshots of the corresponding links below}

1) With the temperatures already climbing in the southwest, I wanted to pick a light and airy top. This Club Monaco Morgan Lace Tank filled those requirements--and then some. I especially loved the soft lace detail!
2) You can't go wrong with a pair of these Ray-Ban Original Wayfarers for a day of exploring! They just exude charm from days gone by...
3) Playing to the southwestern vibe, I thought this Chloé Marcie Large Braided Hobo worked perfectly--without being too fringy or overly cowboy-ish.
4) Shorts have become my warm weather go-to...and I would love to sport these 7 for All Mankind Belted Twill Shorts this summer. The lace tank would look so fun tucked into these beauties!
5) I toyed with a bigger necklace, but this Kenneth Jay Lane Elephant Magnifying Glass Necklace won its place in this outfit because I liked the subtlety of the turquoise and I didn't want to distract from the beautiful lace detail on the tank.
6) Both stylish and presumably comfortable, these Chloé Cork Wedge Sandals complemented the bag perfectly...and let's be honest: sightseeing isn't made for real heels anyway. Wedges all the way!

Have you ever brought fun {but not functional} shoes for sightseeing?

Thanks again for having me, Natasha! Soak up the sun for my little cold New England heart ;)
Have a great Friday! xoxo {av}

  2. I really wish those shorts were from a cheap store so I could own them... because now I need them. Shorts with a little more room in the arse are right up my alley ; )

  12. That Chole bag had me wanting to go Southwestern!!! Gorgeous. Fun guest post...I wish that wedges were comfortable enough for all day wear, but alas I am getting old and flats are pretty much it if I'm wearing them for more than a couple hours. Boring, I know...(c:
