Decor in the Blogosphere!

Remember how this used to be a lifestyle blog that focused on fashion, food, decor & more?!  Yep, it was.  Well, this is my attempt to reign myself in.  Back to basics people!  And lucky for me, there have been a lot of amazing projects and decor-inspired posts lately.  So I am sharing the love in hopes of inspiring myself...and all of you!  Here goes...

I love this DIY tree stump from Restyle.Restore.Rejoice!  She got inspired by the West Elm version, which retails for $199!  Woo wee!  We could totally do this...well husband could.  Maybe a cute little side table for Baby Schue's room?!

I would KILL for built in shelves like the ones over at Name 5 Things!  And I'm pretty sure it's part of the reason why Emily's home just sold!  They're gorgeous!  If we were planning to live in our house for longer, I would totally splurge!  :)

I wish we had a kitchen pantry...let alone a BUTLER's pantry!  Carrie over at Hazardous Design did an awesome job on this makeover.  And I am loving the seafoam color in the cabinets.  It's Enamelware by Martha Stewart for Home Depot, which is apparently going away, so I might need to hurry and get some before it's gone!

There is one place {or space rather} in our home that I have not revealed...the office nook!  And it's because it's really not that pretty.  But Danielle at Breakfast at Toast totally got it right!  Love the white and how chic and modern it is.  And it's a good thing she has a great work space because she's been busy at work getting ready to launch The Everygirl!  :)

Something else I would love to tackle is our media center.  I am in love with this refurbished piece over at York Avenue.  Jackie did an amazing job...look at how cute those knobs are!

You all know how much I love my little urchin...well this takes the figurine decor to the next level.  Cassie from Hi Sugarplum! is crazy creative when it comes to crafting and DIY.  Lucky for me, this project is pretty foolproof...I need to try it out soon!

You all know I've got Baby Boy decor on the brain.  But how adorable is this grown-up version for Baby Boy?  My beautiful and talented friend Courtney over at A Thoughtful Place knocked my socks off with her son's bedroom reveal.  I love the colors and patterns.  So fun!  Definitely on my inspiration board for Baby Schue.

Ahhhh, that feels better!  So glad to finally get my decor groove back on!  Have you seen any amazing decor projects lately??  I wanna see!  :)

  37. Home decor blogs are what got me completely addicted to blogs in general. Three years later, here I am, blogging with my friend & coming up on our one year blogiversary.

Thanks for catching me up on what I've been missing over at my favorite home decor blogs. :)

Love Danielle's desk! Yes, she definitely spends a lot of her time there, so it's a good thing that it's nice to look at.
