Cran Pom Tini

From babies yesterday to booze today...nice transition huh?  Don't worry...I didn't indulge!  But this is our favorite Christmas cocktail and I thought I would share!

We love having friends and family over during the holidays to enjoy the decor, eat some treats, and spend some time together before the chaos of the holidays really sets in.  This martini is always a hit.  It's sweet and tart and really, can be enjoyed any time of the year.

Cran Pom Tini Recipe
  • 2 ounces premium vodka
  • 2 ounces cranberry
  • 1/2 ounce pomogranite
  • 1/2 ounce fresh squeeze lime juice
  • Pomegranate seeds
Shake all the ingredients together with ice in a martini shaker.  Serve with pomegranate seeds and a slice of lime for garnish.

Oh and I found the stemless martini glasses at Pier 1.  They're perfect for parties...you don't have to worry about them toppling over!

Do you have a favorite cocktail?

Hope you enjoy!  Bon Appetit!

  13. YUM! I love bellinis, but am always at home with a glass of red wine frankly. And you know the best part about not being able to indulge for 9 months? A glass of wine, beer or a cocktail will taste so amazingly delicious after the baby is born! It's like your taste buds re-open again. Sounds weird, but it's true! P.S. I drank those Limonata things like nobody's business when I was pregnant! Ha.
