Pizookie!

Readers, you are in for a treat !  I'm showcasing the amazingly delicious pizookie for you today!  For those of you not familiar, listen up!

Now, I cannot take credit for this slice of heaven...I believe BJ's Pizza actually invented this bad boy {or at least copyrighted it}, but it is just the most amazing dessert you'll make...perfect for 2 or 20...and it's all so easy!  In college, my girlfriends and I used to buy a roll of pre-made cookie dough...roll it out on a sheet pan...cook it as one BIG cookie!  Then add some ice cream on top...oh man!  The combination of warm, gooey cookie dough and melted chips with icy ice cream on top is TO.DIE.FOR!  Your must try it now!

Here's my version!

You can use any cookie recipe, but I prefer White Chocolate Macadamia Nut myself.  Top it with some vanilla bean ice cream and seasonal berries and you will may as well have died and gone to heaven!

It's pretty scary how quickly it disappears!

Have you had a pizookie before???
