Ethan's at the funny {awesome!} age where he can fit into both baby and toddler clothes.  It's really REALLY great because it essentially doubles our options.  What's not to love?  Since Ethan doesn't wear onesies anymore we look to the toddler section for more variety, but the pants and sweaters in the baby section are cheaper.  I also like the elastic on the jeans in the baby section...more comfy for our little man.  Win-win!

My Reynolds is Getting Married!

Above is a collage of a friendship that has lasted 15+ years.  Reynolds is my best friend and she's getting MARRIED this weekend!  We have been through so much through the years...Friday night football games, mallowing, prom {she was prom queen!}, our Debutante Ball {picture above}, fro yo at America's Cup, impromptu book clubs, loves and losses, long distance, trips to Sacramento {Tainted Love and Hess!}, many summers in Palm Spring {Pope's!}, and too many others to count.  She was my maid of honor and I am so honored to be hers tomorrow.  She's Ethan's honorary auntie and the most loyal friend I could ever ask for.

I am so happy to see her marrying her best friend.  And he's one lucky guy!

Reyn...wishing you all the best as you enter into this next adventure.  I love you more than words can explain and I can't wait to stand by your side as you become Mrs. Hartwich!

Is it just me or is Threshold from Target just killing it lately?!  I mean, look at the collection above...I would easily pay four times the price for any one of these items.  And that bar cart?!  It's only $129...what a steal!

Shoe Love: The Perfect Special Occasion Heel

With a fall wedding this weekend and more several occasions on the way, I wanted to showcase a heel that I believe is universally flattering...the ankle strap heel!  It's ultra versatile...you can dress it up or down but it will go with virtually anything and everything!  I have a nude pair but really want to get my hands on a black pair.  If none of these options float your boat, be sure to check out Zara.  They carry a super cute pair as well.
